Join Us Every Sunday for Fabulous Family Fun!

Greetings to all! We have become THE neighborhood gathering place on summer Sundays, attracting hundreds of shoppers per week with marvelous vendors, superb live music, weekly chef demonstrations, healthy living features, great artisans, and more! Our market takes place every Sunday from 10 a.m to 1 p.m through October 14 in the municipal parking lot in the heart of the Kamm’s Corners Entertainment District.

Kamm’s Corners Farmers Market has been selling fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses for more than 10 years. We have pretty much left it up to you to figure out what to do with them… until now!

After gathering flavorful recipes from customers, vendors, volunteers, and guest chefs, we have compiled a collection of culinary creations certain to fulfill your foodie fantasies (and test your tolerance for alliterations!). Yes, we have produced our very own cookbook filled with 129 recipes plus many tips and tricks for cooking!

“Good Eating from Fabulous Foodies” is designed to help all of West Park cook seasonal dishes made from nature’s freshest ingredients. It is also a fundraiser for the market itself. The cost is $10 and ALL proceeds go to helping sustain the Kamm’s Corners Farmers Market. This is a limited edition, so when you see it, buy it.

"We were thrilled to once again be voted in as a ‘Best of the West’ Best Farmers Market finalist," said Bill Markowitz, KCFM Market Manager. "We loved meeting our customers and supporters enjoying the festivities at LaCentre on April 12. Many thanks to all who voted for us!”

Fresh made potato salad from Kamm’s Corners restaurant and market Chef Demo participant Hatfield’s Goode Grub was handed out to booth visitors and folks raved about the taste!

We did not win this year, but we put on a good show and will be back next year for another run at the title. Congratulation to this year’s winner, the West Side Market, and to Hatfield’s Goode Grub for winning the Best Hamburger category!

Music by Jody, John & George!

Jody Getz, John Lucic, and George Lee each attended jam nights at a local coffee shop to sit in with other musicians and have some fun playing together. In a short time, the trio found themselves gravitating toward playing more together and trying out harmonies, encouraged by how naturally their voices blended from the start. They are often joined by musical colleagues!

West Park resident Jody Getz brings her original music to the trio and all three musicians cull material from a wide and varied range of popular genres. Innovative arrangements then add their unique stamp on new and old favorites alike.

The growing and unusual set list of Jody, John & George makes it very difficult for them to respond when asked “What type of music does your group play?” but it sure does make it a lot of fun.
